Synergy Electronics Return Policy

Synergy Electronics, Inc. (SEI) must issue authorization for a customer to return an item. If a customer is not satisfied with a product due to error in fulfillment (unopened product), dead-on-arrival or damaged product, or any other reason, they must notify SEI in writing ( within 7 calendar days to request a return authorization.

If a product arrives in a damaged state, the customer should photograph the item and it’s packing material, and submit the photograph(s) along with the return request. The customer should immediately notify the carrier that the product arrived damaged, and provide documentation of this notification along with the return request.

On the return request, the customer must provide their name and contact information, the purchasing agency’s name and address, purchase order number, date of delivery, and reason for return. SEI will not accept return of any product after 30 days of delivery.

The customer must return the product within two weeks of receiving a return authorization in order to receive an exchange or credit for the purchase. The address to return the item will be indicated on the return authorization. Returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Any costs incurred in returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise determined by SEI. Shipping expense to return dead-on-arrival or malfunctioning product will be covered by SEI.

Please note: custom-ordered items are not returnable. SEI will work with the customer to resolve any issues, but will not accept a return on any product made to customer specifications.
